• Ensure each dish is presented exactly as intended, following Wolfgang Puck standards.
• Verify table numbers, seat positions, and special requests before food is delivered.
• Communicate clearly with servers, chefs, and expo to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with garnishing, plate finishing, and final quality checks at the pass.
• Support servers by clearing plates, refilling water, and assisting as needed during peak service.
• Keep expo and runner stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand is seeking an energetic, polished, and hospitality‑driven AM Food Runner to support our fast‑paced breakfast and lunch service. This role is essential in ensuring every guest receives timely, accurate, and seamless service while maintaining the elevated standards of hospitality and professionalism that define the Wolfgang Puck experience. Must be available for 6:30am-5pm shifts.

Pay: $12 / hour

What You’ll Do

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency
• Ensure each dish is presented exactly as intended, following Wolfgang Puck standards
• Verify table numbers, seat positions, and special requests before food is delivered
• Communicate clearly with servers, chefs, and expo to keep service running smoothly
• Assist with garnishing, plate finishing, and final quality checks at the pass
• Support servers by clearing plates, refilling water, and assisting as needed during peak service
• Keep expo and runner stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
