Qualifications

• 5+ years of food and beverage experience in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment.
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Food Server in a Fine Dining environment preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of wines and wine pairing principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through their dining experience.
• Take and deliver guest orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned area and POS station.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate with kitchen and management as needed.
