Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel restaurant or full-service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros point-of-sale system.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Pleasant, positive personality and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay event information to staff.
• Provide capabilities and program information to other departments and clients.
• Respond to guest needs and requests.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage and service quality meet first-class operations.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving and product utilization systems.
• Lead by following productivity standards for food and beverage staff.
• Foster a comfortable atmosphere to encourage loyalty.
• Assist with hiring and training for food and beverage staff.
• Support other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
