Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant supervisor or manager is highly preferred.
• Must obtain Learn2Serve and ServeSafe certifications within 30 days.
• Ability to obtain an operator's license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire and employee change paperwork.
• Oversee general restaurant operations and front of house staff.
• Assist Manager with restaurant tasks while upholding standards.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and forecasts.
• Manage large reservations and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering procedures.
• Train and integrate new associates.
