Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI, is seeking a Dining Supervisor I to support the restaurant management team with administrative and operational tasks and to oversee front-of-house staff. You will greet guests, upsell, input orders in POS, handle payments, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, and help ensure smooth dining room flow.

Part-time role requiring weekend and weekday evenings (3:00 pm–11:00 pm). Applicants should have Safe Serve certification, 3+ years in restaurants, and HS diploma;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Safe Serve Certified is required; must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present them with the menu; inform them about specials and changes.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into POS accurately.
• Process payments and coordinate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks and staff oversight.
• Oversee dining room flow and distribute stations to optimize service.
• Assist in answering telephone calls and support front-of-house operations.
