Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Server for the West Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. The role requires delivering exceptional service in a fine dining setting and supporting guests with menu knowledge and upselling.

Minimum 3-4 years in luxury outlets, strong English communication, and proficiency with Micros POS are essential. Flexible shifts including weekends are expected. Compensation starts at CI$6.56 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Server in a fine dining luxury outlet.
• Sommelier certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Strong Micros Point of Sale systems proficiency.
• Knowledge of table settings and fine dining etiquette.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and owners warmly.
• Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests; upsell.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Assess guests' preferences and make recommendations.
• Set tables with napkins and utensils; ensure condiments are stocked.
• Stay updated with menu choices and specials; check kitchen items.
• Manage bookings and direct guests to tables; present menus.
• Maintain dining experience; deliver items and refill as needed.
• Open and pour wine at the tableside.
• Perform cleaning tasks while adhering to health standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.
