Job summary

Hall Management Group is seeking an Expeditor to join our hospitality team in Columbia, SC. You will be the liaison between kitchen and front of house, ensuring every dish leaving the pass is flawless and up to our standards.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a Back of House role, plus a positive, hospitable demeanor and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Training provided; opportunity to grow in a high-volume upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Back of House restaurant role.
• Positive, warm and hospitable with FOH/BOH experience in upscale, fine-dining.
• Willing to learn and train; able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Expedite food during service and act as liaison between kitchen and front of house.
• Support other roles as needed to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist in transitioning from BOH to FOH if required.
