Carolina Ale House in Columbia, SC is seeking a spirited Food Expeditor to be the driving force between BOH and FOH, ensuring dishes look and taste perfect and reach guests quickly.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service casual dining environment.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Dependable with open availability and the drive to succeed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel under pressure.
• Flexibility and willingness to work various schedules.
• Knowledge of Food and Health codes is a must.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are plated to Carolina Ale House standards and presented well.
• Coordinate between Front of House and Back of House to maintain flow and timing.
• Keep expo area organized, stocked, and clean.
• Assist with maintaining safe and sanitary kitchen and service areas.
• Support team with efficient dish passing and order accuracy.
