Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of service assistance experience in a fine dining outlet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plated menu items with urgency on the expo line.
• Maintain a neat, safe work environment.
• Bridge service between Front of House and Back of House.
• Communicate with culinary and management teams.
• Resolve guest concerns regarding service and product.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Describe and present hotel food offerings professionally.
