Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals according to planned menus, accommodating special diets, in a fine dining style.
• Perform prep work for upcoming meals and events.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with residents, family members, and associates.
• Ensure food temperatures are properly controlled and foods are stored and labeled correctly.
• Complete tasks set by the direct supervisor.
