Job summary

Restaurant Associates at Audible, Newark, NJ is hiring a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position. You will prepare sandwiches, salads and other cold items, following standard portions and HACCP guidelines, with scheduled hours 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Two years of culinary experience in a fine-dining establishment are required. Overtime opportunities and a competitive pay range apply, with a pay rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience in a fine-dining establishment is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold items.
• Prepares sandwich meats and cheeses using approved production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products following guidelines.
• Maintains clean, safe work areas and follows HACCP and sanitation standards.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure service standards and safety.
