Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time COLD FOOD (SALAD) position at our Clark, NJ location. The role includes preparing and serving sandwiches, salads, and other cold items, using deli equipment and HACCP-compliant procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:30 pm, with pay from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

• Food service/cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and prepares deli meats, vegetables, and cheeses for salads and sandwiches.
• Prepares and serves salads and other cold food items according to standards.
• Obtains daily production schedule from Chef and follows production requirements.
• Stocks deli/cold products and condiments and maintains proper portions.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in preparation areas per ServSafe standards.
• Operates slicing machine to slice meats and cheeses to designated thickness.
