Job summary

Goseeocford is seeking a hospitality team member for fine dining service at our club. You will confidently answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and the beverage program, while maintaining professional guest interactions.

Responsibilities include serving and clearing, setting tables, and using the POS system for orders and payments. You will attend pre-shift meetings, trainings, and assist with events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverages per service standards.
• Know menu ingredients, preparation methods, and cooking techniques.
• Understand club beverage program basics.
• Use POS system for orders and payments.
• Set and reset tables with proper placement of flatware, china, and glassware.
• Complete end-of-shift closing duties.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform side work before, during, and after service.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of club spaces for events.
• Greet members and guests by name, noting preferences and allergies.
• Communicate professionally with members and guests.
• Participate in trainings and tastings.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
