Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a Captain to lead flawless fine dining service, owning the guest experience from arrival to departure. You will master tableside techniques, wine and cocktail presentations, and knowledge of luxury products to enhance every course.

As a leader on the floor, you mentor Captain Assistants and Server Assistants, manage service flow, uphold pristine dining room standards, and embody hospitality in a high‑volume, luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of fine dining server experience.
• Knowledge of dining room service procedures and tableside techniques.
• Knowledge of high-end food products, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Strong leadership presence and polished communication.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience for assigned tables with an elevated dining journey.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain presence throughout the meal.
• Anticipate guest needs and tailor service style.
• Perform tableside service including finishing, saucing, plating, wine presentation, and cocktails.
• Maintain service pacing and flow with culinary team.
• Inspect dining room for presentation, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Lead by example and mentor Captain Assistants and Server Assistants.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and side work.
