Qualifications

• Full-time; ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.
• Maintains station stock and cleanliness for all meal periods; wipes booths and chairs, moves furniture, and cleans floors as needed.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter; replenishes and assists servers with service.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Performs general cleaning tasks using standard products; folds napkins as needed.
• Performs side work including restocking condiments and supplies.
• Greets and seats guests; handles special requests when required.
