Responsibilities

• Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks service stations; assists food servers with table service.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen and condiments.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service.
• Transports dirty tableware from dining area to dishwashing area.
• Performs cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned by supervisor.
• Folds napkins and restocks condiments and side stands.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including greeting and seating guests.
