Job summary

Westwood Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking a Full Time Service Worker to provide high-quality dining service in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. The role requires standing and moving for long periods and offers an hourly pay of $16.50 with potential overtime and full-time benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, stocking stations, assisting in banquet setup/cleanup, and maintaining a welcoming dining room aligned with the club’s high service standards.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers' Certification required.
• Previous experience bussing/serving in a restaurant or food service environment (preference for fine dining).

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in set-up, service, and clean-up tasks; water guests as seated.
• Carry food trays to tables; stock servers’ stations with supplies.
• Clear and replace linens; manage dining room setup and cleanup.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware; maintain dining room areas.
• Remove trash from dining areas after service; assist banquet staff as needed.
• Attend trainings, move tables/chairs, and re-set tables for next meals.
• Support club policies and standard operating procedures in service.
