Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Bus Person to support our dining team and ensure guests receive prompt, clean, and friendly service in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking supplies, cleaning chairs, and assisting with side stations while maintaining high cleanliness standards. You will work closely with Food Servers, report hazards, and help maintain a safe, welcoming dining room.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or fine dining preferred.
• Friendly, upbeat, professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables for arriving guests.
• Ensure tables are stocked with clean salt/pepper shakers, sugar, and other items.
• Clean and sanitize chairs, booth cushions, and surrounding dining areas.
• Organize dirty dishes and utensils in bus carts.
• Maintain clean supplies and equipment in bus carts and side stations.
• Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed.
• Work with Food Servers to anticipate guest needs and provide timely service.
• Maintain dining room floors and keep them free of spills and hazards.
• Report spills, hazards, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Return lost-and-found items to management.
• Keep bus carts clean and stored after use.
• Assist with restocking side stations and supplies.
