Job summary

The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas seeks a friendly Busser/Server Assistant to keep dining areas clean, reset tables, and support beverage service. You will greet guests, clear and reset tables, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll carry bus tubs, lift up to 40 lbs, and work as part of a team to provide excellent guest experiences while maintaining a spotless dining area and timely beverage service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to carry and serve beverages on a tray.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in bus tub.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and work areas.
