Job summary

Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly server/bus person to maintain dining room cleanliness and support beverage service. You will greet guests, take and deliver drink orders, and clear tables quickly, while upholding high standards of service.

Responsibilities include safe handling of dishware, transporting bus tubs, and keeping side stations tidy. Prior experience is preferred and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience strongly preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
