Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas seeks a friendly food and beverage server to deliver prompt service to guests, greet within two minutes of seating, and monitor guest satisfaction as meals arrive.

You will responsibly serve alcohol with age checks, keep dining areas clean, stay knowledgeable about menu items and specials, and follow uniform standards while managing high-volume periods.

Formación

• Minimum of one-year work experience in full-service dining room.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Upbeat attitude with ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Pleasing personality and customer-focused demeanor.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Ability to stand and move for up to eight hours.
• Available to work any shift.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
• Greet guests within two minutes of them being seated.
• Check on guest within two minutes of the food being delivered to the table.
• Follow specific service/ticket times and alert management of variations.
• Serve alcoholic beverages and verify age of guests who look under 30.
• Notify management if a guest appears intoxicated.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, floors, tables, ledges, and counters.
• Maintain familiarity with menu items and specials.
• Follow uniform and appearance standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, side stations clean, side work completed.
• Pre-bus tables as guests finish their dishes.
• Refill beverages as needed.
• Reset tables with flatware and napkins.
• Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty.
• Remain in control during high-volume situations.
• Maintain ability to service a minimum of six tables.
• Process non-cash checks.
• Perform all duties as needed for department success.
