Job summary

Promontory Club in Utah is seeking a Food and Beverage Fine Dining Bartender for Sage, our new modern Italian concept restaurant opening this December. This is a full-time role at a premier mountain-view venue.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails and wines, and must hold Utah food handler and UDABC alcohol server certifications. Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Wages start at $16.00/hr plus tips and uniforms and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of fine wines and cocktail recipes.
• Must hold Utah food handler and UDABC server certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Prepare cocktails, wines, and other beverages to spec.
• Attend opening/closing side work and ensure compliance.
