Job summary

The Bartender at Evolving Solution Services delivers an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role requires a clean, well-stocked bar and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

You will engage guests professionally, manage multiple orders, handle cash and payments accurately, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong guest service skills with a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and making recommendations as appropriate.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or discrepancies.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions while lifting and carrying heavy items as needed.
