Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide polished, attentive, personable service to all guests.
• Prepare classic and craft cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.

• Assist guests with beverage selections and food pairings.
• Open and serve wine and champagne when required.
• Manage bar setup, mise en place, garnishes, and glassware.
• Process orders, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary staff, management and team members.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and inventory duties.
• Contribute to an elevated guest experience.

What You’ll Do

As a bartender at Tujague's, you’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing polished, attentive, and personable service to all guests.
• Preparing classic and craft cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our cocktail, wine, and beverage programs.
• Assisting guests with beverage selections and food pairings.
• Properly opening and serving wine and champagne when required.
• Managing bar setup, mise en place, garnishes, and glassware.
• Processing orders, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Following responsible alcohol-service practices and adhering to all regulations.
• Collaborating effectively with servers, culinary staff, management, and other team members.
• Completing opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and inventory duties.
• Contributing to an elevated and memorable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of bartending experience; fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, as well as premium spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
