Qualifications

• 1+ year bartending experience; fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Able to recommend food and beverage pairings.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Remain calm, organized, and composed during busy service.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Team-oriented mindset to support the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide polished, attentive, personable service to all guests.
• Prepare classic and craft cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Demonstrate knowledge of our cocktail, wine, and beverage programs.
• Assist guests with beverage selections and food pairings.
• Open and serve wine and champagne when required.
• Manage bar setup, mise en place, garnishes, and glassware.
• Process orders, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary staff, management and team members.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and inventory duties.
• Contribute to an elevated guest experience.
