Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a Barista for Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, CA. The role involves executing the coffee and tea program, mastering drinks to brand specifications, and delivering polished guest service in a luxury setting.

Minimum 2 years of fine-dining/barista experience is required; strong knowledge of espresso, brewing, and milk steaming is essential. Flexible mornings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a fine dining, third-wave coffee shop, or luxury hospitality setting.
• Mastery of espresso equipment, brewing methods, milk steaming, and beverage presentation.
• Proven ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set beverage menu with consistency and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute the pre-designed coffee and tea program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Maintain a deep working knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, milks, and preparation techniques
• Possess expert-level knowledge of espresso-based drinks and fulfill custom guest requests with finesse
• Provide gracious, professional service to guests during lunch and dinner
• Prepare all barista station mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service
• Support inventory control, restocking, prep schedules, and sanitation protocols
• Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfaction
