Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Mastery of espresso equipment and brewing methods.
• Ability to replicate a highly detailed beverage menu with consistency.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Availability mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute the pre-designed coffee and tea program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a deep working knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, milks, and preparation techniques.
• Possess expert-level knowledge of espresso-based drinks and fulfill custom guest requests with finesse.
• Provide gracious, professional service to guests during lunch and dinner.
• Prepare all barista station mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service.
• Support inventory control, restocking, prep schedules, and sanitation protocols.
• Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfaction.
