Job summary

Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn, Beverly Hills, California, is hiring a Barista for full-time or part-time hours. You will master coffee knowledge, educate teammates and customers, and prepare beverages to brand specifications while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in fine dining, third-wave coffee shop, or luxury hospitality.
• Mastery of espresso equipment, brewing methods, milk steaming, and beverage presentation.
• Ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set beverage menu with consistency and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of coffee, tea, alternative milks, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Execute the pre-designed coffee and tea program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a deep working knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, milks, and preparation techniques.
• Fulfill custom guest requests with finesse while providing gracious, professional service.
• Prepare barista station mise en place and maintain cleanliness and readiness during service.
• Support inventory control, restocking, prep schedules, and sanitation protocols.
• Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Delaware North core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence.
