Must be available for Banquet events, mornings, and weekends. Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Permit required; professional appearance and strong guest service a must.

We are a medium sized restaurant, focused on innovative northwest coastal cuisine with all the warmth and genuineness that Oregon is famous for. The Meridian Banquet Server is responsible for delivering the promised experience to the group being served. They oversee day-of operations, ensuring both the BOH and FOH teams are fully informed of event expectations and details. The Banquet Server ensures the banquets executes the plan outlined in the BEO by the Sales Manager, ensuring all agreed-upon details and any day-of changes are seamlessly carried out. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and/or Meridian MOD.
