Compass Group USA, specifically Culinaire, is seeking a part-time Banquet Catering Captain at Arts District Mansion in Dallas, TX. The role coordinates catering staff schedules, ensures timely delivery and service, and may involve driving to function sites.

Experience in high-volume and fine-dining catering is required. A valid driver s license and (where required by state law) food handler and/or alcohol server permits are preferred. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license may be required.
• Must posses or obtain a valid food handlers permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.
• Previous catering captain experience in high-volume and fine dining environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules.
• Oversees setup, service and breakdown of functions.
• Ensures proper food presentation and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Interacts with customers and resolves issues in a service-oriented manner.
