Job summary

Fairmont Dallas invites applications for a banquet/restaurant server role in the Dallas Arts District. You will greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and deliver courses in alignment with function requirements.

The role requires strong guest service, English fluency, and adherence to safety standards. Applicants should have at least 1 year of banquet or restaurant experience, a food safety certificate, and CPR or related training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year experience as a Restaurant or Banquet Food Server.
• Food handling certificate.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
• Certification in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and service procedures.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Set up function rooms and service stations per requirements.
• Provide wine, beverage and food service according to standards.
