Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in serving at restaurants (casual) OR 2+ years experience as a back waiter in a Forbes 5-star or Michelin restaurants.
• Ability to work full-time (30-35 hours per week) and late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have clear and calm verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dining room setup prior to service.
• Maintain water service and refill beverages promptly.
• Deliver and clear food courses in coordination with the Captain.
