Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Server for Good Times Café. In a busy, fast-paced dining setting, you will assist with seating guests, take and deliver orders, and provide prompt guest service.

You will also handle alcohol service per ABC rules and support servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate service. You will maintain menu knowledge, uphold sanitation standards, and help keep the workstation stocked and organized.

• Maintains knowledge of the menu to answer guest inquiries confidently.
• Monitors the dining area to uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• cleans and resets tables quickly and restocks workstation supplies.
• Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines during service and closing procedures.
