AirSea Packing Group is seeking a full-time Fine Art Quotation Specialist (USA Territory). The ideal candidate will calculate complex transportation costs, sources carrier rates, and prepare competitive pricing proposals specifically tailored for commercial art galleries.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role bridges the gap between gallery sales teams, specialized art handlers, and international agents to ensure quotes are rapid, profitable, and compliant with US and international

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in logistics, pricing, or sales within freight forwarding, with art/high-value assets exposure.
• Strong knowledge of US import/export regulations and ATA Carnets/TIB where relevant.
• Experience with air/ocean freight and climate-controlled domestic networks.
• Ability to price high-value shipments with privacy and discretion.
• Familiarity with TMS and handling confidential client data.

Responsibilities

• Generate rapid, accurate multi-modal shipping estimates for US galleries.
• Source competitive rates from US fine art handlers and climate-controlled carriers.
• Coordinate white-glove delivery including installation and debris removal.
• Assess security and insurance considerations to price armed escorts or secure storage.
• Track quotes and follow up to improve win rates and record outcomes.
