Job summary

The Staff Pad seeks a Fine Art Handler Coordinator for the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area to provide professional support to clients, vendors, and employees while assisting with client account management and service delivery.

You will manage and bill smaller projects, coordinate interstate FedEx shipments, and support documentation and invoicing, working closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Packing teams to meet client expectations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Art, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse or logistics software (Moveware/Studio) preferred (training provided).
• 3–5 years of logistics, warehousing, art handling, or packing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small projects from quote to billing and support larger projects as needed.
• Coordinate small-parcel interstate FedEx shipments and support packing operations.
• Support Account Managers with client files, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Packing teams to meet client expectations.
• Provide professional communication and administrative support.
• Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and safety policies.
