Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking an Art Handler & Moving Specialist in the San Francisco Bay area to support relocation, packing, and installation of fine art, antiques, and luxury items. You will work with experienced professionals to ensure careful handling and delivery of irreplaceable possessions.

You will participate in packing, collections, transportation, and installation, coordinating with drivers and managers while maintaining precise paperwork and condition reports, in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Requires moving/warehouse experience or related field familiarity.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience with inventory/documentation and condition reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily collections and deliveries, local and interstate as required.
• Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and installation of fine art and antiques.
• Prepare condition checks and reports for shipments and installations.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and trip-ready with appropriate documentation.
