Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a motivated Fine Art Handler Coordinator for our Miami/Fort Lauderdale operation. You will manage small projects from quote to billing, coordinate interstate shipments, and support account managers with documentation and invoicing.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field, 3–5 years in logistics or art handling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Moveware/Studio experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Art, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in logistics, warehousing, art handling, or packing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Moveware/Studio experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small projects from quote to billing and support larger projects as needed.
• Coordinate small-parcel interstate FedEx shipments and support packing operations.
• Support Account Managers with client files, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Packing teams to meet client expectations.
• Provide professional communication and administrative support.
• Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety policies.
