Reporting to: Director of Financing / CFO / Vice President of Investment
Work Location: Remote
I. Job responsibilities:
- Financing channel development and maintenance
Responsible for developing and establishing financing cooperation channels such as banks, trusts, brokerage firms, funds, and leasing companies.
Establish and maintain good relationships with financial institutions and partners to enhance the company's financing resources.
Monitor financing market dynamics, explore new channels and product opportunities. - Financing program design and implementation
Design tailored financing solutions (debt, equity, hybrid) based on company needs.
Coordinate internal and external resources for project docking and due diligence.
Prepare financing materials, organize roadshows, negotiations, and contract signing to ensure efficient project execution. - Financing process management and risk control
Oversee the entire financing process to ensure compliance, control, and efficiency.
Assist legal and financial departments in risk identification and review.
Monitor costs, repayment plans, and contract implementation, and identify potential risks timely. - Cross-sector collaboration and reporting support
Collaborate with funding, finance, investment, legal, and other teams.
Regularly report to management on project progress, financing channel analysis, and improvement suggestions.
Support financing aspects of large-scale strategic cooperation projects.
II. Posting Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, law, business administration, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in financing or channel management, with preferred background in banking, leasing, real estate finance, or industrial funds.
- Familiar with various financing tools, operational modes of financial institutions, and regulatory policies.
- Strong negotiation, communication skills, business acumen, and resilience under stress.
- Ability to independently manage financing projects; successful experience is preferred.
- Good financial resources and network are a plus.
