Responsibilities

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover financial needs and provide guidance.
• Attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with branch operations and client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
