Job summary

KeyCorp’s Ogden branch seeks a Personal Banker who will engage clients in meaningful conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness, both in person and by phone.

You will attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones, offer tailored solutions, and work with branch teammates to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required).
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience and building customer relationships.
• Understanding of consumer credit – including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with small business clients.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and realizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and over the phone client conversations and provide effective and customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Consistently attains individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
• Opening personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, various deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, etc.).
• Developing strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners – focusing on client acquisition and deepening the relationship of current clients; effectively managing internal and external centers of influence.
