You will work within a branch team to attract new clients and deepen relationships, while maintaining high service standards and compliance with policies.

The role requires strong communication, 1+ year’s sales experience, and comfort with both in-person and phone conversations. Base compensation is hourly with incentives.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year developing customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit, loan-to-value, and credit reports.
• Knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting and prospecting.
• Ability to influence partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide financial wellness guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and document client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with Teller transactions.
