Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of digital technology and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process financial service transactions accurately and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Provide financial wellness recommendations and guidance to clients.
• Identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
