Brighton Center, Inc. is seeking a Financial Wellness Coordinator to lead the agency's financial coaching programs in Kentucky. This exempt, full-time role drives service delivery, staff development, and community partnerships to improve financial independence.
The coordinator will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering education and coaching to help families achieve stability.
Status (FTE or PTE): FTE.

The role of Coordinator is to provide leadership and program management to Brighton Center's Financial Wellness programs ensuring that effective service delivery is provided to meet the needs of the community while maintaining a focus on the agency mission and core values.
This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $46,000 - $49,000.
