Job summary

Secured Futures seeks people-oriented coaches who listen, encourage, and help families build better money habits. You serve as a supportive guide, helping clients set realistic targets and stay on track to lasting financial security, without pushing numbers or deals.

You will receive Comprehensive Training & Support: a Co-Coaching Program with a senior mentor, ongoing skill workshops on active listening and goal setting, and licensing guidance to complete state exams.

Qualifications

• Strong empathy, patience, and active-listening skills.
• Background in coaching, counseling, customer service, or hospitality is a great fit.
• Must pass a standard background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Active state license (or willingness to obtain one with our training support).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families online to review budgets, uncover money worries, and celebrate progress.
• Review client scenarios with senior mentors to choose the best guidance.
• Check in with clients between sessions, send progress updates, and organize calendars.
