Empower is seeking a Financial Coach to service workplace participants with education, advice, and wellness conversations around financial planning and investments. The role supports inbound and outbound interactions, uses Empower’s planning tools, and aims to grow assets while maintaining high service standards.

Applicants should have FINRA registrations and a degree, and be prepared for a Monday–Friday schedule in US time zones.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work.
• FINRA 7 and 66 registrations required within corporate-established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsabilidades

• Primarily focuses on education, advice, and wellness conversations to help participants choose appropriate financial planning and investment options.
• Works with participants enrolled in in-plan managed account offerings at times of high volumes.
• Uses online planning tools and conversation guides to enhance conversations and experiences.
• Provides direct advice using Empower’s proprietary financial planning tools and helps customers adopt solutions in their best interests.
• Primarily manages inbound queues and appointments to ensure critical service timeframes and customer experiences; comfortable making outbound calls as needed.
• Adheres to compliance/risk procedures and focuses on the participant’s best interest.
• Identifies opportunities to contract additional client assets while providing retirement planning discussions; analyzes trends to maximize service quality and assets under management.
• Meets monthly performance expectations and participates in coaching to achieve goals.
• Advances career through internal development opportunities.
• Provides direct advice using Empower’s proprietary tools.
