The position includes supervising staff, ensuring program compliance, and expanding community outreach to empower families toward financial independence through education, coaching, and resource connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• HUD Certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
• Background in customer service or finance/banking.
• Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
