Qualifications

• Desire to grow a long-term client-facing advisory career at Goldman Sachs Ayco.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients of varying knowledge levels.
• Demonstrate integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail to complete client deliverables accurately and on time.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build client relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
• Desire to learn and apply feedback for professional growth.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or licensing within defined time after joining).

Responsibilities

• Complete licensing requirements within defined time frames.
• Actively participate in extensive training to learn technical material across personal financial planning topics.
• Develop holistic, personalized financial plans to support clients and help them take action.
• Become a subject matter expert on company benefits including 401(k) and pensions.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and analyses related to retirement, education funding, risk, and taxes.
• Establish trust with employee populations through scheduled appointments for long-term relationships.
• Respond to inbound calls and assist clients with navigation and real-time planning questions.
• Identify suitable internal products and services to implement client solutions.
• Adhere to industry and company-wide policies and compliance.
• Support the team and firm through proactive contributions.
