Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licenses: FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 or to be obtained within defined time after joining.
• Desire to grow a long‑term career as a client‑facing advisor.
• Strong communication skills, in order to explain financial planning concepts to clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and deliver personalized financial planning over the phone.
• Conduct scheduled phone appointments and inbound client conversations.
