Goldman Sachs Ayco is hiring financial wellness coaches who begin with a comprehensive training program and licensing support to qualify as client-facing advisors. You will learn through dedicated teams and practical scenarios to guide clients in retirement, investing, budgeting, and benefits.

After training, you will build meaningful relationships with clients via scheduled calls and inbound conversations, developing long-term careers as trusted financial planners within Goldman Sachs Ayco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses or ability to obtain them soon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing focus.
• Desire to build a long-term advisory career at Goldman Sachs Ayco.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful client relationships and deliver personalized financial planning.
