Job summary

Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Wellness in Irving, TX seeks a Financial Wellness Coach Analyst who will begin with an intensive training program and licensing support to work with clients over the phone. You will develop comprehensive personal financial plans and acquire deep knowledge of employee benefits while building long-term client relationships.

The role emphasizes licensing, ongoing training, and strong client service skills, with opportunities to grow within a client-facing advisory track

Qualifications

• Desire to grow a long-term career as a client-facing advisor at Goldman Sachs Ayco.
• Strong passion for personal financial planning and providing excellent client service via extensive daily client contact.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex financial planning concepts.
• Demonstrate integrity and sound judgment with confidential information.
• Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver client deliverables accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build client relationships and collaborate.
• Desire to learn and implement feedback for growth.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or as a condition of employment).

Responsibilities

• Complete the appropriate licensing requirements within defined time frames.
• Actively participate in Financial Wellness’ extensive training program.
• Develop holistic, personalized financial plans for clients.
• Become a subject matter expert in company benefits (401(k), pension, life/ disability, medical, equity awards).
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and analyses on asset allocation and taxes.
• Establish trust with employee populations via scheduled appointments.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with real-time planning questions.
• Identify and discuss internal products to provide suitable solutions.
• Adhere to industry and firm policies and compliance.
• Support the team, department, and firm.
